We’ve got a bit of bad news; after much debate we have decided it is in our best interest to close Zandra’s Fairfax – at least for the time being. We know we are not alone in dealing with the affects brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic, but the challenges of our current climate have made it next to impossible to keep this location operational. And while it is our strong hope that this is not a forever decision for Fairfax, our best bet is to circle the wagons and focus our attention elsewhere.
That’s the bad news. The good news is you can continue to get your Zandra’s fix at our other two locations! Our Manassas location, even during renovations (which are going to be AMAZING, btw), continues to support carryout and delivery orders. And in Haymarket, we’re offering full-service (with both indoor and outdoor seating), tableside ordering, carryout and delivery options. So we’ve got you covered, no matter how you’d like to be served! Friday, July 31st will be the last day for our Fairfax location. We are so incredibly thankful for the support we have received in Fairfax (and Manassas and Haymarket, too!), and it is our strong desire to reopen the Fairfax location as soon as the pandemic is behind us all. We hope you will come see us in Fairfax this week for one last fiesta and that you will continue to come visit us in Manassas and Haymarket! For our final week we will be Closed Sunday, Open Monday to Thursday for dinner (4pm to 8pm) and Friday (11am to 9pm) This isn’t goodbye; it’s “We’ll see you later!”

I want to take a moment and send out an important message to all our Zandra’s taco lovers. First, my team and I cannot thank you enough for your support and loyalty during this hard time. We are doing the best we can. You are definitely keeping us going in spirit and in tacos!
Secondly, I did want to share with you that as of today you will notice a price increase on all our products. We have decided to change our pricing structure to include the cost of labor. Going forward, all of our team members will be paid a living wage. Tips will no longer be required or expected. As our guests, you will still be allowed to leave a tip if you would like; however, the tips will be shared with all team members equally. We are making these changes for several reasons as we have to adapt to this ever changing environment. Our team members have voiced that this structure is a positive and helpful change. Our employees will know what to expect on their paychecks and will no longer have to depend on tips alone. I also want to mention that our team has really rocked it out over the past few weeks by being adaptive and precautious. I am grateful for their commitment. In addition, I’m proud of our community for supporting one another and especially those in need. We gotta keep it up! Stay well and many thanks, Miguel Pires, Owner of Zandra’s Taqueria We want to take a moment to apologize for the disaster that everyone experienced at all our locations on Cinco De Mayo. We will gladly refund anyone that is not happy. Please send us an email to CO@zandrastacos.com subject line: Refund and in the body of the email put your last name, location, and check number. If you ordered from Grubhub or Doordash you have to request a refund directly from them as we are not able to do so from our end, sorry for the inconvenience.
